The Construction Guild

A local Construction Guild based upon the referral network may well be a valuable way to ensure work for reliable construction professionals these days. Referrals are the best advertising because they are based upon past performance. Advertising doesn’t really tap into that. Most people give a lot more credibility to a good referral than to any advertisement. I set up the local Santa Cruz Construction Guild based upon this idea. The reception has been very good so far. Soon I’ll be running a small ad in a local weekly paper to build the awareness. Stay posted for results.
